January has come to an end, but before we closed the books on January we welcomed a new team member to Fellows Creek Golf Club. We have brought in Ken Page as our Food & Beverage Manager to help us continue our service to our guests and community.
Ken has nearly 20 years’ experience in the food industry. He has worked every position from dishwasher to bartender to sous chef to kitchen manager to general manager and many more in between in his time in the industry. Ken completed the culinary program at Schoolcraft College, and he has worked at various restaurants in Southeast Michigan. We look forward to having his valuable knowledge and experience on our team.
Ken is looking forward to meeting our golfers, event guests, and brides and grooms throughout this year and beyond. He will be an integral part in the planning and execution of our daily food and beverage operation as well as special events.
